The Quinte Chapter of the International Barbershop Harmony Society, A Cappella Quinte, held its first Christmas party in about three years Tuesday evening, the Sans Souci.
Highlight of the gathering was presentation of the prestigious Barbershopper of the Year trophy, which went to retired Belleville lawyer and long time member Peter McCabe. The selection was the result of a secret ballot by a majority of members.
