With 100 singers from three choirs on stage in St. Matthew’s Church Saturday for the Time for Peace concert, the audience joined the choirs and sang along poignantly on “We’ll Meet Again.”
Officially the annual concert by the Belleville-based A Cappella Quinte, the local chapter of the Barber Shop Harmony Society, the all-male chorus was joined by the Military Wives Choir from Trenton and the North Lakeshore Chorus, which spans Toronto through Kingston, with a substantial number of singers from the local area.
