A huge surprise for one Quinte area resident, Robert (Bob) Young of Fenwood Gardens during the recent all-Ontario Barbershop Harmony Society conference here, was winning the trophy for chapter development member of the year. The award was created by a prominent member, Sandy Bell and the large trophy is shaped like a bell.
